I know he's smaller, but Cain is a great boxer, can punch, is fast , has good take down defense and has incredible stamina. He won't gas like Carwin. I know my predictions have been crap on here lately, but I feel confident about this one. I think Junior del Santos could beat Brock right now as well. My pic, Cain by 2nd round knockout

yeah he'll have to do it with his fists. he's a great wrestler but so is brock and brock has the strength advantage on the ground. the real question is how good is cain's chin. i've seen him absorb some punches by big men but they were all wild and the men were moving backwards.
i like cain i'm just trying to be a realist so i won't be disappointed if he loses.

If Cain can keep himself off the fence, he'll take him out. Of course, that being said, I will be posting here Sunday morning with my tail between my legs.....yet again......being wrong.

It's probably a good thing no one bets with our predictions, if they did, we would be hunted down and skinned alive

I dont think I have ever seen anyone gas out after 1.5 minutes before, Brock musta been partying hard before this fight, cause he certainly wasnt training.
Dana White did not look happy putting the belt on Cain, am really starting to wonder if UFC and Dana are not just looking for a name to further thier promotions and Brock was that name, with hand picked easy beats, till he fucked up today.

did any of you hear about sport science saying that cain had the hardest recorded punch out of everyone they have tested? 1000 times stronger than james toney. 1 thousand.
dana is an idiot. he just tapped into the mainstream mexican market. millions to be had there.

No never heard that about cain. That's crazy! Bring on del Santos. Now that will be a good scrap. Yeah, Brock gassed and looked like a child against a man. Sure, Brocks a big dude, but his skill set is limited and was finally exposed.
While I think Cain will help generate the Mexican market for sure, but this is a boxing mad country. And while the UFC has made a huge dent in the boxing market in the States, Canada and the U.K, I don't think it will have the same impact down there

i think it will slith. once you give the youth a sports hero to aspire to be like you have planted a seed that will grow bigger each year. cain is that hero. he'll tap into their national pride.
i think the most overlooked aspect of cain's abilities is his intelligence. knowing that brock had the advantage on the ground cain used his wrestling skills to get back to his feet instead of trying to wrestle brock for position. when he realized that he could hang with brock and out muscle him that's when the fight got nasty. you saw cain manhandle brock on the fence and on the ground at that point.
