The picture shows the site that leads to what archeologists describe as a mysterious, 100-meter, 100 yard, tunnel found in Teotihuacan, Mexico, Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010. Archeologists say the tunnel was probably closed intentionally about 200 A.D. and it may well hold chambers with tombs of the rulers of the city founded 2,500 year ago, where the Teotihuacan culture blossomed starting around 100 B.C. Good to hear from you Dboy. Good find. The complex of pyramids, plazas, temples and avenues was once the center of a city of more than 100,000 inhabitants and may have been the largest and most influential city in pre-Hispanic North America at the time. Gomez said it will take at least two more months of digging before archaeologists can actually enter the tunnel. abcnews.go.com/Travel/wirestory?id=11318011&page=2

thanks dboy, bloody great pic i thing teotihuacan was built eons ago by some unknown master builders i speculate that it was built as a huge smelting plant to refine ores i think like most other ancient sites around the world they had to tap in to underground water supplies, probly useing water as a fuel sorce for some type of water fuel cell i would also like to find out more about a 90ft sheet of mica that was found under the pyramid of the sun or moon. the 90 ft sheet of mica was somehow transported from brazil well over a 1000 miles away and placed under one on the pyramids.we use mica today for electronics, maybe the ancients did too?
