yes i think i could polish off the steak but not with all those side orders ...... i once ate 6 1/2 full racks of ribs as did one of my drunken buddies for a total of 13 full racks of ribs back in the 90 's got pictures of our glutonous mugs up on the wall for eating all those ribs at this local rib joint but felt like crap 4 a week afterward wouldn t do it again .. oink oink !

shee i've always wanted to tackle that 72 ounce steak. i would just rather do it without having to sit up on the stage for everyone to gawk at.

Easy.

The trick is. Eat slow and chew well. Give the stomach time to stretch. You don't wanna rush coz you'll shock your system. An hour is plenty of time.

In a far away time, I worked in a prime rib restaurant. After hours. Staff would bet on who could eat the most. I only tried a couple times(Most of the time I was too busy betting on how many pichers I could drink, and still walk after 15 min).
