Splash a little sesame seed into a skillet, heat gentle and add onions shallots, add diced potato, size of oxo’s are good but larger is ok as well. Allow to cook on medium heat stirring now and then, so not to stick the fucking pan up. Add a little water, so to just cover the potato, add curry powder and allow to cook, 3 mins before serving add spinach and serve with rice or whatever you want to eat it with.

I like Saag Aloo. Prefer Palak Paneer though. I Wouldn't use sesame oil. It takes away from the flavours of the spinach and curry flavour. Just a nice vegetable oil (exept corn), or ghee if you can be arsed to make it.

where does the alien come into it, do I add him after the potatos or before, and should he be boned and filleted first, that can be fiddly you know?
