Ive heard "C4" being mentioned as the explosive substance used inside of these devices, could a sniffer dog detect this or other substances used in bombs and shit.

Yeah Rob you would think the Dogs would sniff out C4, but what if it was something more common like Lithium.

Lithium-ion batteries can be a safety hazard if not properly engineered and manufactured because they have flammable electrolytes that, if damaged or incorrectly charged, can lead to explosions and fires.

So true Rob...these war games are getting very technology advanced but simple using little trojan horses.

I read they used an explosive called PETN packed it in to what looks likes battery's

Yep i think it was Samsung galaxy PHs that were bursting into flames due to a tech issue, but it was a different type of explosion, those caused severe burns and shit, but these pager/walkie talkies that explode remove fingers and other bodily parts, BB just posted a vid down below that looks like explaining how it works, im goin there now to watch it.
