At what stage was the electric wiring and fittings installed, and when did toilet plumbing and hot/cold water pipes go in, storm water etc..?.
Are there any environmental or health issues associated with any of the building material, was it some kind of polymer used in insulation, I cant remember what they used, but will any of these materials become the new "asbestos" down the track especially during demolition..?

As far as pluming and wiring goes, I suppose they add them during the process and just drill holes.
