I have created a fun range of new slimming dishes that really work. Cheap and easy to make with the minimum of fuss. Attractive to look at, eaten cold or hot. Why not contribute to the book I'm writing? Called OCB World Guide To Successful Weightloss
Ingredients: 500 ml of hot or cold water. Bottled water is optional (recommended if you live in an active fracking area) Item 1: Crunchy egg soup with shaving of tomato skins and seasoned with a grind of black pepper (optional) Two halves of an egg with the insides removed (egg shells) Two tomatoes. Removes the skins by dipping in hot water, discard the middles bits and add the skin's to the soup. Top off with a grind of black pepper..... Bean On Toast. This dish is a worldwide favourite. Quick, easy and simple to make. ingredients: One or two slices of toasted bread (brown, mixed or white) One bean selected from your favourite brand (tomato sauce optional) One generous sprig of your favourite herb This can be served hot or cold. This simple recipe is for those moments you are feeling peckish? Smoked haddock skin on a crispy dried biscuit with a sliver of beetroot. Ingredients: Three dried biscuits of your choice A fillet of smoked haddock. (remove and keep the skin and feed the flesh to the cat) A sliver of freshly cooked beetroot. The rest speaks for itself.

I love the fact that with your diet,you offer a whole Bean,i would always cut mine in to 4

A Cabbage soup or veggie soup will work well. Make enough for a week. Eat only that. The veggies and cabbage will do ya well. BTW no meat in that. Wish i could give ya a detailed recipe but here is my rough one.
Yes I cook this often but add beef. For your thread i will eliminate the meat.
Make stock/broth. My kettle is quite big. Use your own discretion on ammonts. Your smart.
1-2 heads cabbage
1 gallon water plus 3-4 carrots 3-4 celery bulb garlic beef bouillon, can replace with liquid but subtract from water then. 1-3 potato's Seasoning salt 1/2 head of cabbage
cook it down baby
quarter cut other half of cabbage or your editable size. The cabbage added to make stock should have dissolved. So if ya want leaves add 10 minutes before serving.
Of Course I use 2 heads of cabbage. Add what ya want my kids love ot but I add beef. For slimming recipie no beef.
Eat only that for 3 days.
Modify to your liking. All I got for now.

Cabbage soup is great. It's the after effects that are gunna get ya. Borscht soup is another that works well. Word of warning. Stay away from the public for a few days afterwards.
Brill, cut the bean in 4? C'mon. To make it work, it has to be 8th's
Tox. Interesting recipes. Though I wouldn't throw out the flesh from the fish. I'd ditch the skin or use it for a broth
