This is my own recipe and it's a great all-rounder. From a salad dressing to anything you want including a dip.
Four people or make more and keep it in the fridge. This dressing will never go off as it contains natural honey which the Egyptians use to use as a preservative when creating mummies. In fact they found a jar of honey in a tomb that was two thousand years old and it was still edible. Honey contains natural antibacterial properties. So you can use it to preserve anything. Just bare in mind that it makes the product sweeter. I only use if I balance the honey with equal amounts of lemon.
4 Tablespoons of olive oil (oilseed rape oil is as good) 1 Tablespoon and 1/2 of whole grain mustard 2 flat teaspoons of runny honey (you can use the hard honey but the runny honey is easier to mix) 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Mix well and use, It's fucking lovely.
However, if you like a bit of spice add 1/4 teaspoon of powered chilly.

Not bad at all sir. Would work very well with salmon or pork too.
