Yeah, i have no real problem with that, only for chronic drink drivers though.
But I can see your point about where it may lead.
I have a foolproof meathod to stop myself drink driving, if I cant get the key in the door I figure i am proberbly to drunk to drive, so i just have a kip under the car. The problem arises when I have tried to get into the wrong car.

Lol good one, are things taken too far here in the name of safety?? It always amazes me how you can be as pissed as a fart whilst in supposed control of a boat in fact it probably is the main part of the blood stream in many a yachting person and they sail all the better for it. Pirates are the worst
