This is very troubling and a number of questions spring to mind:
Who are these children?
What has really happened to them?
Who are the people questioning and filming them?
Where are their parents?
Why has it been posted on YouTube?
Now that it has, why no public outcry?

These extracts are of interviews with Dickens (who was the parliamentary agent of Childwatch) , Dianne Core (the head of Childwatch), Jim Phillips, the doctor who created a tranche of SRA victim imposters in his private clinic (shown in these clips) but who then had a nervous breakdown and tried to kill himself and was subsequently struck of the medical register.

Also interviewed is Vera Diamond ( her with the irrepressible stare ) explaining how babies are bred for sacrifice in young girls who cannot recollect it! A lady who volunteers for the SAFF remarked that there isn't a woman alive who goes through childbirth without recalling it in every painful detail.
The point in publishing this edited version of the programme now is to show that Dickens' much vaunted 'Dossier' of SRA 'evidence' was in fact a crock of lies by fundamentalist agitators who had a sectarian axe to grind. Typical of that was Andy Croall who is billed as a director of social work in this film but actually resigned his post after publicly declaring that abortion was a form of child abuse. He took up a job with a Christian activist group lecturing about the existence of Satanic Abuse afterwards.
Dickens, a lay-preacher and homophobic Christian Bigot joined with other OTT fundies accepting their imagined drivel as though fact, even to the extent of writing forewords for their Born-Agin Books

By 'fighting fire with fire' Dickens presumably meant lying to serve an end.
His main collaborator on the Satanic Ritual Abuse Myth was Dianne Core of the Childwatch charity based in Hull. In January 1989, when the allegations and press coverage of the SRAM were at it's height, Core travelled to give a talk at a Conference in Rome organised by the wife of the extreme right winger and convicted fraudster Lyndon La Rouche.
Her lecture to an international audience of over 300 people was a religious polemic against freemasonry and the occult.

Of course this embryonic New World Order Myth is simply veiled sectarianism but it is clear that she had an agenda, unstated in the U.K., to persuade law-makers and the British public of her manic ideas on SRA which none of those who supported her more reasonable ideas on child protection ever knew about.
This programme was made to document 'the global spread of satanism, devil worship and witchcraft' for distribution all over Europe.
So much for Dickens Dossiers and their veracity.
