Witness states....I installed my Canon Powershot S80 camera on a tripod to film the landscape for 3 to 4 minutes. I was using a film speed of 15 f/p/s. At second 40, the object flies across the path transversally to the top in approximately 1 second. I only realized the object was there when I watched the film on my television. This is the clearest sighting of many which have been made in Santiago,
