Nice crete, I still think you should give up your job and be a chef. You're a natural Trust me Slithy. I cooked pro, along time ago. I enjoy cooking now. If I went back. My love of cooking would quickly be gone. Still. The thought has crossed my mind on doing a cook book. No chef shit. Just simple and tasty. With simple words, simple instructions that people understand and ingredients most people have. Not Jamie stylee (pukka fukka). But Concrtete stylee. Granted. Not sure people will agree with having a six pack before starting any recipe.

You put out a cook book and I'd buy one for sure. Interesting point about going back to cooking pro. I'm around food all day and the last thing I want to do when I get home is pull out a frying pan. With the kids gone, I have no ambition at all to cook at home. Of course when I get hooked up with a new lady, that will change, but that will have to wait. Still working on getting rid of the old one
