We already know there is water on the moon you highly intelligent dumbasses! We are gonna get smited for this! China has already sent 2 different instruments to bash the surface of the moon... japan also did a drive by on the moon as well if i'm not mistaken.
rof there are few classification for grbs. long bursts are associated with supernovas which puts the bursts right at the center of the collapse and the greatest amount of gravity.........the force of the resulting explosion sends the grbs hurtling out into space at speeds probably greater than the speed of light.
short bursts are associated with colliding neutron stars..........there are also the collisions of stars within the influence of a black hole but outside its event horizon.
a even more hypothetical explanation for some energetic bursts is the super massive theory that large galactic black holes allow for a cross over into the even horizon but yet do not destroy what has crossed...........this could build up a group of stars until their own gravity warps the edge of a black hole creating a hot spot of friction.........as each star orbits this spot they explode like firecrackers and the resulting energy is collected in the hot spot until it finally releases the energy in a long energetic burst that also creates black lines in the collected light outside of the event horizon as the shock wave contained in straight laser like beams slices through the matter surrounding the hole in several lines.
just got to say........fucking nice to have a fellow space head to talk about this shit with.
