It's funny- usually we get countless photos and vids of stars/planets (like the "UFO" vids that I usually capture, lol) that people claim are UFOs. In this vid, however, we have a UFO, (IMO) that this guy from Phosari, is saying is "possibly" a star. (Phosari is apparently the UFO related website that belongs to the same host as Wisconsin Confidential- Marcel Kuemmet, a Wisconsin photographer- notes himself as a Skeptical Believer, so he's one of us.)

I believe that it is a UFO. Some of the frames contain images that have a distinctive, perimeter of roundish shapes, like little faces all around the perimeter- with the rest of the light sort of centered in the image. This is exactly the kind of thing we've seen in a lot of other images from photos and vids that we've been looking at over the last few years. Mr. Kuemmet tells us that he has used a high resolution "special scope," and doesn't indicate what kind of special scope, but tells us that there should not be any of the digital effects created from a normal lens, (whatever that is.) I feel, that this halo-like image seen in some of the frames cannot be digital effect, because digital effect would have a fractal-like appearance, around the entire circumference, whereas all of the small, roundish shapes would in fact be identical, or at least alternating repetition. There would be no shape-to-shape, irregular variances, like that which exists in this imagery. Now, I don't claim to be anywhere near an expert on the aforementioned effects, but logic tells me: no fractal-like appearance, no digital effect. So, if it's not a digital effect, what, exactly, is it?
Perhaps, some on this site who are more educated in the intricacies of digital, high-resolution videography, can enlighten me as to where I might have gone wrong in my assessment.
I know that a lot of Mr. Kuemmet says is true, in regards to natural phenomena, atmospheric created color flickering, etc. but I still think that it is a UFO. I have no idea what this Mr. Kuemmets credentials are, and I know it's ballsy of me to go against the grain on this one, but I do. Of course, I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
I have been able to get much better resolution frame stops from this video, but this is one that the photog. himself included at his website, Wisconsin Confidential. Does anyone know of any freeware that I can get that will enable me to capture frame shots from videos? This would help me so much in my quest and contributions. Or what software do I need to purchase on order to get these stills? Info. would be greatly appreciated.
Any opinions or help?
