Well I think it's pretty cool here. I feel a lot more laid back, for sure. There's so many at the other site now, it's a lot less on a personal scale. I've always been a people person.
I've always liked your posts too Slith. We can get to know each other better here.
I take a close look at anyone that comes on the site, especially if they send up any flags. I'm not sure if many of you are aware, but I have a detective background. Not a lot, 3 years, but I quit after I made captain. Learned some very valuable things there, document, document, document. Any posts I find questionable, I have a habit of taking screenshots of them. That way, if they get deleted, I still have refference.
The only one I haven't managed to put together, is this new ass, Killtylerdumbfuck. He's either a wild card, or hasn't slipped enough yet for me to nail his purpose.

Well the detective admission explains a lot. I thought you were a bit too thorough for just a casual observer.
I did the private investigator thing in the late 90s not the same thing as being a detective but you could not tell that to some of the investigators I worked with. Way too many detective wannabes. Some even bought convincing fake badges to use as intimidation. I took the job cause it kept me working with cutting edge video equipment while trying to catch a break in the entertainment biz. I didn't even have a gun. Though I did make good use of a umbrella while sitting in my SUV in a bad part of town. Dark tinted windows helped make it look like a shotgun. Bought me time to get the hell out of there.
Just wanted to say I admired your stance and the way you handled it at dtv hesop. I was glad lukas realized you knew what you were talking about.
I thought killtylerdurden was a blue at first. Still not sure what his angle is.

Drex I am afraid peeking through peoples windows at night with a video camera does not make you a private detective, it makes you sad and a little deranged.

Hey Blacky, sure thing!
Hey Drex, I was in the early 90's, 90,91,92. My highlight was busting an engineer from India, sabotaging at Sundstrand Corp. in the corporate bldg. (they make space shuttle parts, and airline hydrolics). I had to pass myself off, as another engineer from their plant in Fla, visiting. Their "in house" spent 3 months trying to find the dude, before setting me up. I only got 2 weeks. I was done within 7 days. Other than that, a large part was collecting evidence (like drug swabbing in office buildings) and "in house" industrial crimes. To fill in the rest of my time, I also had to manage 125 lower employees.
