4-1, sorry England, but then you only have the EPL to blame. Only 40% on players in the EPL are eligable to play for England, too much money, too many foreign players, too many Russian mafia figures running clubs. Bingo. Quickest way to solve it. Have a cap on the amount of foreign players on the pitch at any one time. Say, 4 foreign players per team on the pitch, the rest would have to come from a UK country. This would still keep the calibre of the game relatively high and support homegrown talent. Shit. Half the reason people like Rooney and Lampard play so well. Is because they are supported in their respective teams by the foreign players that are better. Just a thought. Also, grassroots needs to change. Stop coaching kids zonal playing. Let them run around to find their own style and creativity. Then again. What do I know. I'm a fucking Canadian. Don't even think I saw a 'soccer'ball until I was 7. We were all too busy beating the shit out of eachother on the ice before that.

Anyway. Back to topic. www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/world-cup-2010/7860378/World-Cup-2010-Fifa-president-Sepp-Blatter-apologises-to-FA-over-Frank-Lampard-goal.htmlThe thing that fucks me off are the usual excuses. It'll cost money to impliment, if we change the rules all games will have to comply blah blah blah... Bullshit. The tech is already there. All the ref has to do is look up at the giant stadium screen to watch the replay. Change the rules for major tournaments and top level games only. I'm fairly confident that sunday league teams won't need video refs. Although some prick will probably moan about it. It won't slow the game down (it hasn't in rugby). In fact, it may speed it up. Gone would be the days of players storming the ref to try and influence decisions. Shit if average joe can see what happened on telly. Why shouldn't the ref see it to?

The Wizard of the Dribble and The Magician.
A vegetarian teetotaller, he kept fit enough to play at the top level until he was 50 years old, the oldest player ever to play in England's top football division and the oldest player ever to represent the country. He played his final competitive game in 1970, at the age of 55, for Hibernians in Malta, which team he also coached at the time. Matthews was also an inaugural inductee to the English Football Hall of Fame in 2002 to honour his contribution to the English game.[1]
Not many players go around the keeper any more they would rather shoot straight at him for 75,00000000000 pounds per week ! ! !
