well blacky phobos is old, and if it is artificial like some claim it must have been made by an ancient civilization right? hence the placement here.

Phobos always gives me the idea that it is a chunk of rock blown off from something larger its shape is more asteroid yet not in the belt area of our solar system. I suppose it could have been from the planet that ?existed before exploding to create the asteroid field then a small part of it was captured by the gravitational drag from Mars to become Phobos, who knows!

Brills, a death star shape? you mean, a good idea to use rock then propel it I suppose.
The mining space ship on Tv's Red Dwarf was made out of rock also.

wow ! theres an idea .. strap some rocket motors on a asteriod and use it as a weapon it would be devastating ... if yiu could aim it correctly...... shit i hope the dod isn t reading this....
