Melville was standing below the bridge on the south bank of the River Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament at around 2:30 p.m. when the man landed near him....So why when your going to rush and inform the Hospital at the other end of the bridge do you STOP TO TAKE YOUR DOWN LOOKING PHOTO,THEN OTHERS ON BRIDGE?

The photo where she appeared to be looking down at her phone was taken a split second after another photo which showed her looking straight ahead with "terror" in her eyes, he said.

Quentin Letts said he saw a man dressed in black attack a police officer outside Parliament before being shot two or three times as he tried to storm the House of Commons.
“I saw a thick-set man in black clothes come through the gates into New Palace Yard, just below Big Ben,” he told the BBC.
