Interesting contest. I just watched this a few days ago. The MMA fighter's chi was to strong for the Kiai Master to manipulate, he had to go back to using physical fighting techniques, which were not strong enough for combat against a MMA fighter. The poor Master has forgotten what it is like to get hit. I wonder how the MMA fighter would have gone up against Mikhail Ryabko. There is a man here that teaches Systema (trained by Colonel Mikhail Ryabko). He trains the security company my brother works for.

Interesting vids Wes. A very unique style for sure. The trainers' hit to the chest is reminiscent of Bruce Lee's famous one inch punch

Yeah for sure Slith. This video of Bruce was shown to students training under Malcolm Sue in Brisbane in the 80's. A mate of mine trained under Grand Master Sue for a few years back then.

hehe, going around punching guys for a living. Good gig, if you can get it. You just need to dodge the comebacks. The skills these guys have are amazing. Jtf2 in Canada are very similar in their fighting techniques
