i've heard it said by ''whistleblowers'' that some of these ''rigs'' take off from the runway like a normal jet powered craft , and once they're ''up there'' the switch to some other kind of propulsion..... ......are there any physicists ''in the know'' around....? I heard something similar once. Something about charging the outer skin with very high voltages which apparently causes some sort of weight reduction. Kinda like the Hutchison effect. .....allows them to slip between molecules of air with hardly any friction...?

I speak German. Does anybody have a nice clear shot of that piece of text in the pic. The first two words on the handwritten note I deciphered as "Die Raumfähre...." which literally translates to "the spaceship". Now that's a bombshell if I've ever seen one. that image has been on ''google images'' for quite sometime.... (for what 'that' is worth).......
