Do we give any creadence to the idea that this test was actually about seeing how effective the device would be against an incoming asteroid.

Do we give any creadence to the idea that this test was actually about seeing how effective the device would be against an incoming asteroid. no. they could have figured that out with the deep impact mission.............or any number of missions better suited for such a test. hitting the moon with the energy needed to either destroy or deflect a large asteroid would visible with the naked eye...........not to mention that hitting the moon is nothing like trying to hit an object flying through space at great speed.......we we have done.

So the questions still are..... What are they doing Why are they doing it Why set out to fail in full veiw of the public. and Why feed more conspiracies.
Because I honestly have no clue what they are up too.

Maybe its just posturing, IE we can bomb something big time beware!, I mean the Indians proved a while back that there was water on the moon, and Nasa have impacted on a comet in the past to check out its composition, which is far more difficult.
Phaps considering the hollow moon theory they were checking on its density through resonance who knows!

aard good point on the resonance theory.
this mission only popped up after japan's last mission. it seemed a hasty endeavor at best.
darryl if the true intentions of the mission are very serious in nature then taking flack for shoddy camera work is the least of their concern........remember they didn't say the mission was a failure just the ability for the public to see the event was.

Nice, never thought of that

We as you know have 2 great threads on the hollow moon theory in the Debunked theories section, I've really enjoyed reading thru that lot.

Me either. It's something that is much beyond what we are told and led to believe. IMO
