Right. Drexspins question about herbs reminded me of one of my favourite dishes. It's in the title. It's also sooper simple if you have the ingredients. 1 Fresh Beefsteak type tomato 1 Ball of Mozzarella 1 hand full of Fresh Basil Extra virgin olive oil Balsamic vinegar Method: Slice the tomato. Slice the mozza to a similar thickness. Arrange on a plate, alternating cheese and tom. Then chop up most of the basil and spread it on top. Leave some leaves for presentation. Pour the oil over it, then some balsamic Then Voila! Robert's your Dads brother. I sometimes chuck some pesto into the mix as well.

I'm not a huge mozza fan, but if it has basil/pesto on it. I'm all in. Nice!

Both these items are AWESOME! Macaroni Grill serves them. It's the balsamic vinegar that makes it RULE!

i'm a sucker for box mac n cheese. What fucks me off! I can't buy it where I live. If I crave a box. I have to go into London to a specialty shop (that might have it), then pay £5 a box. I've tried to get it posted to me. But, customs gets it first. I think it has something to do with the E numbers. No better comfort food for me, than a bowl of kraft dinner with chopped up hot dogs (not sausages, and not wiggy after a sauna), slathered in ketchup.
