For those looking for a translation here it goes:
Fisherman1: - What is that? What is that?
Fisehrman2: - I don't know! I don't know!
Fisherman1: - What the *bleep* is going on here? - What the *bleep* is going on here? #lot's of mumbling that I couldn't understand#
Helicopter: - Leave the area! - Leave the area immediately! - And head towards (go back to) the port... - where you'll receive further instructions. - Leave the area and head towards (go back to) the port.
Fisherman?: - But what the *bleep* was going on here?
Fisherman?: - I don't know, but leave it for a while... - #something I couldn't understand#
Some screaming and cut

Yeah, I see what you mean. There also seems to be some missing frames? And a duplication of the bigger object? It looks like, in this last version, that the bigger object drops something, loops back, then dives in, but then it appears that the larger item is still there in the background, with some other smaller object. Confusing. I think that you may be right. At normal speed, you don't see the discrepancies, but the last one seemed to show a poor job at CGI. They tried to hide the shoddiness by speeding up the last segment? Or....The craft were just too damn fast for the camera!!!! This is a toughie. It's so damned difficult these days to distinguish without the proper technical testing equipment. Nice catch! yea you're right, it is a toughie. some people in the know seem to think that frames can get messed up under compression & format changing. I think we would have to see the unaltered unedited video to be 100% sure. My gut still says the fisherman stumbled across a military training excercise & the ufo was added later... ?

I don't know. I'm trying to imagine why those guys would have been so freaked over a couple of jets and a chopper. You think that the low flying jets would have freaked them out like that??

OK I've watched this about 30 times now & a couple of things trouble me about it, firstly the lack of down draft caused by the helicopter when it comes in. Strangely though as it leaves & the camera comes back up there are clearly ripples travelling toward the boat which are consistent with rotors having a effect upon water so I will say 100% the chopper part is real. There really should have been more water/spray whipping about or maybe it was just high enough not to effect the water to dramaticly but enough to leave some wake as it leaves the scene.
As for the planes well I would have also expected some kind of wake from them seeing how low & fast they were travelling & as the camera watches them fly off away from the boat on their first pass, it seems a little to convenient that they disappear behind the handrail of the ship where you'd expect to see them track off into the distance. Also the planes seem to make it back onto scene a little to quickly as they were really gunning it & taking into account the turning circle of a fighter travelling at such high speeds it seems a little unlike they could do the second pass as quickly as they do in the video, unless there were more than two fighters engaged in the chase. This is all speculation of course as they may all be CGI.
The entry of the object into the water will have to wait as it's to pix-elated to scrutinise properly.
Reminds me of two years ago when I first saw some of the District 9 footage on a demo disc, sure I knew it couldn't be real but the mix of high production values & realistic back drops plus members of the public all added up to a very strange visual experience.
I get the same feeling with this footage, that I'm looking at something very very well produced & executed. Don't speak Italian/Portuguese but you can just tell when someone is putting it on a little acting wise.
Would love to be proved wrong as it's one of the best CGI/UFO clips I've ever seen & usually I get a bit angry with this sort of thing but for some reason I quite like this one, maybe it's the high production value again combined with the fact that somebody has sat down & really thought about it. Smacks a lot of somebody who has a more than passing interest in the subject matter.

Thank you sir !!!
This video got under my skin for some reason. When I first saw it at 2am this morning my jaw dropped at how good it was, it really had me on the fence for a while. Woke up today determined to scrutinise it a little further. I leaning towards a fake, in fact I'm 99.9% sure but will reserve total judgement when I see a clearer version.

Here's an HD version that is much better, and slowed down to 1 second per frame- 140 frames. Rawdney from DTV made it. It's definitely worth another look.
Cheers,
