I had to watch this a few times to find the UFO. Not the round shadow, but the small object just in front of the large, dark cylindrical portion of the Discovery. Is definitely separate and independent of the Shuttle. What do you all think? Strange.

I still think the round shadow is interesting, it moves into frame, if it was part of the ISS it would have been in the whole frame. Also notice how quickly the camera zooms in to take it out of frame.

Yeah, you're right- that's what happens when you try to function on 2 and a half hours to 4 hours of sleep per night!!! I've got to start taking better care of myself. Jeez.
I saw the round shadow immediately, and my muddled brain said, "No, that's too easy- that must be some kind of a shadow from the camera set-up. To me, the black object appeared to be moving back and forth, near the shuttle, with at times what looked like complete separation. I must have been hallucinating- (not drug induced.) lol
Also, On youtube, where I got the vid, the comment was to "listen to the speakers voice change when he sees the UFO." To me, his voice and tone didn't change until significantly after the appearance of the shadow. So, there was a disassociation, for me, between the shadow and the recognizable tonal change. I was not representin' very well. Sorry folks. I was rushing around like a maniac, trying to post this quickly, on two sites, before running out the door- to work.
In the future, I will try to refrain from posting when in this condition. Doh! 'My bad! Please forgive me.

Its an interesting find Hawk, is it possible tho that this object is something deployed from the Shuttle I mean on an arm which then points wherever to do whatever, so of human design and it was obscured by the zoom camera angle as its secret?
