Venezuela to move from Dollar to Euro, didn't end well for any country that's tried that before, hopefully the tide is changing.
Goldman Sachs owning regulators, nothing new.
This is the guy I wanted to win the French election, he came to third to a female Trump and a Rothschild Banker. He's denounced his government after being raided.
I never understood why Trump would get into a trade war with a country that owns some of its debt.
Some good news though, weed is now legal in Canada for recreational use ๐โ

A look at Michael Foot, the man who heavily lost the 1983 election to Margaret Thatcher with a manifesto dubbed the longest suicide note in history. Funny though that manifesto is one of the best I've seen, if not the best. The manifesto called for unilateral nuclear disarmament; higher personal taxation for the rich; withdrawal from the European Economic Community; abolition of the House of Lords; and the re-nationalisation of recently privatised industries like British Telecom, British Aerospace, and the British Shipbuilders Corporation. So he'd have got us out of what was to become the EU before we were fully entrenched, instead we got Thatcher helping to create the single market and Major signing us into the EU, and Blair signing us so far in we can't get out. Foot would have abolished the house of lord's the corrupt paedophiles, claiming tax payers money to talk a lot of crap and suppress democratic process that would harm their cushy way of life, of course not all lords are monster's just 99% of them. Finally my favourite he'd have scrapped what at the time I assume was Polaris now of course Trident, no more expensive ultra death weapons to protect us from non existent threats.
This was a good man, and the closest Britain ever came to being a libertarian socialist country, history defines him as the fool who lost Labour power for 17 year's, but I see him as someone with guts who tried to radically change this island, Corbyn can't even get nuclear disarmament and abolishing the house of lords into a manifesto and there's no way he can come out in favour of brexit even though he supported it for 40 years. Corbyn should fight harder for what he believes in not appease the centrists in order to stop them trying to get rid of him.

A look at Clement Attlee, widely regarded as the best "peace time" PM Britain has ever had. Won a huge majority following world war 2 and governed until 1951 winning two elections in 1945 and 1950, he called an election in 51 in order to gain a bigger majority, this backfired and despite getting more votes gaining massive majorities in certain seats Labour lost to the Conservatives as they gained more seats giving them a slight majority. It was a major shock but the factors in this are the Tories had pledged to consolidate on what Labour had built, end rationing and build 300,000 home's, they did 2 out of 3, the economic system Labour set up didn't change until 1979 and they ended rationing, which is good because people have a wider choice of food and bad because studies show that the ration generation are the healthiest ever. So the Tories had evolved and learned which is why they are most successful party in the west and Britain's involvement in Korea played into "war hero" Churchill's hands, on the Labour side they were aging and spent, the cabinet was a decade old having already spent time in the national government, they'd achieved most of their post war policies and were banking on voter's turning out based on what they'd done not what they were going to do. A fascinating period in British politics.

Old but still good. Illegal war talk, can't let it keep happening.
42% of Brits don't know there's a war in Yemen, not surprising when the government supports the Saudi's and the media doesn't report it, thank goodness for RT, so called arm of Putin keeps me better informed than any UK media.

A week is a long time in politics said former PM Harold Wilson and its proving that a few days are even longer for current PM May.
It started on Wednesday with a friendly PMQs about brexit. Corbyn vs May around 2:25ish. I just noticed when Corbyn speaks he's got his own sheep who Baa's after every sentence, it's funny but infuriating, they don't make it easy for me to support them. Peter Bone Tory MP owns her with the question straight after Corbyns set.
After this she had a five hour meeting with her cabinet and other prominent Tories to try to get them to back her brexit in name only deal. As Wednesday ended the headlines read May secures backing of Tories.
I wake up on Thursday to see Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab and DWP Secretary Esther McVeigh had resigned as well as a handful of junior minister's. Thing's turned on her so quickly.
And then she ended Thursday with a poor speech where she didn't resign.
Now today the media ramps up the noise. May does an LBC phone in for some weird reason, not up in full yet but in the clip I have she gets called Neville Chamberlain, not great going.
Heseltine is a repulsive human being.
Don't normally post him, as this is a brexit post and for the sake of bi partisanship better post the guy who got us the referendum, he must be raging.
In closing I have no idea what's going to happen I don't trust anyone to get a fair deal or to have the guts to walk away from the EU if need be. You don't need a trade deal to trade with other countries, and 80% of our trade is internal due to Britain being a giant bank with shops and warehouses in it. May should go, but to be replaced by who? Boris the shaved Orangutan? Reece Mogg the time traveller? Thing's are bleak for the conservative party and indeed our democracy. A second referendum would either call all this off or brexit would get an even bigger majority, the risk is to high with the country already so divided. So a general election? Get Labour in they negotiate a similar deal to what May is offering a brexit in name only, Corbyn then can't implement his policies as a fair few of them break EU law, so what's the point if Britain stays the same? THEY want us in and THEY are doing everything THEY can to keep us there. What to do to get our brexit? โโ

It's just awful, I might seek refugee status in Canada, just out of embarrassment at our PM and I'm sad to say it but opposition too. On any other subject but brexit I back Labour, but they just can't get a clear policy together and the ideas they throw out are rubbish and contradict each other regularly. I'd make a joke about the Tories but you shouldn't mock the disabled.
Corbyn interview
Maybot interface
Galloway destroys the EU (capitalist Soviet union), tells us all why any sane person supports leaving. Why are politicians better at answering questions when interviewed in a car?

For the first time in British history MPs voted to hold the government in contempt of parliament because the government had refused to publish the Attorney General's full legal advice regarding brexit.
The Tories are falling apart and it's spectacular to behold.
Labour threaten vote of no confidence if (when) Mays brexit deal fails to pass through parliament. Rightfully so, if you can't pass legislation you are up to be challenged as a you are failing. Corbyn calls for arms sales to Saudis to stop.
Blair and Soros' merry men and women are still trying to stop brexit.
In North American news Trump says military spending is out of control even though he gave the military $700+ Billion dollars. Tosser. Mexico has also inaugurated their new president who I have hope for, anyone who tries to end corruption over there doesn't seem to get very far.
The good Brian Cox (actor) talks Russia.
And the Spanish are getting lairy about Gibraltar again. (Love how he calls the Spanish PM a so called socialist, they've got Senior Tony Blair Sanchez a capitalist in socialist clothing).
