A Dutch photographer has captured an amazing image of a 'jellyfish' UFO on a stormy night in Groningen in the Netherlands. At first Harry Perton didn't realise he'd captured the mysterious object - which is named after a jellyfish because of its distinctive shape. "I was taking photos and suddenly something flashed," Perton said. "I decided it must have been a strike of lightning – but back at home I saw something strange in one of the photos that I took – what looked like a UFO." Jellyfish UFOs have been captured on film before - some suggest they have the ability to absorb the light above the clouds. The picture has met with plenty of online speculation, but Perton himself is much more realistic about the possibility of alien visitors. He believes it is most likely something meteorological and not alien travellers. link

Aint got a clue myself, but being shite at taking photos myself I've had way to many lense flares and I would say this isn't one of them. Its too perfect in shape if that makes sense? Maybe they are testing something? I dont know....

Just a thought, what we see here is not what the Human eye saw but what a digital device captured. It could be the energy field of the object that we are seeing in this photo.

At API, we receive a lot of UFO photos. Many, however, after careful analysis are nothing more than lens flares. I'm just putting this out there for info purposes only..Not saying what is in photo is defo lens flare but my opinion is that is what we could be seeing
