Video appears to show a dome-shaped object with pulsating lights hovering over the North East coast. A ‘UFO’ has been captured on video, apparently hovering in the North East sky. Craig Lowther, a 43-year-old venture capitalist from Tynemouth, North Tyneside, said he was letting his dog into the garden at around 11.30pm on Monday when he saw the strange object. And he managed the capture it on film. He said: “I always look up at the night sky when I go out because where I live you get a great view of the stars. “But when I looked up I noticed what I thought was a plane travelling on an unusual flight path. “It was an unusual colour for a plane and it was not moving as you would expect a plane to move.” At this point, Craig went back into the house to get his video camera so he could get a closer look at the unidentified object. The camera was low on battery so Craig had to wait a few minutes while it charged, but the object was still there. He said: “I used the zoom so I could get a better look, and what I saw surprised me. “It appeared to be a dome with a bulge in the middle and it had pulsating lights on it. linkI can't find it on youtube guys, you'll have to go to the link, he must have sold his soul to the chronicle I did however fins a similar thing someone spotted from the same place in 2011, although the vid on the chronicle is much better quality.

Hard to tell what they are shee.? The first one may not even be that shape,as camera Aperture when trying to focus on a spot of light, can make things look diamond shape?!

It's a bit odd this because he says at one stage it was moving about, going south, north east and west etc...., but he took ten minutes to charge up his camera batteries and it hadn't moved that far, if at all. Then, later on, he says he didn't really know what it was - fair enough - and he wondered if it was a star. If it was a star, it wouldn't have moved about through the distances he sort of implied. If it only appeared to move about, then it could well have been a star because they do appear to move when you stare at them; it's an optical illusion.
Bearing in mind he was looking south, or thereabouts, at bout 23:30 hours, my guess would be that he was observing Sirius, which is well known for being big, bright and glittery, and it twinkles... no, it positively scintilates through a wide range of colours too. If it was a cold clear night, as he says, I reckon that is what he was seeing.
Either that, or the Galactic Federation Light ship had arrived.... but that comes from Sirius, so we're heading in the right direction....
