Bigger picture, Sandy sling your Hook . Is a military force moving from landmass to landmass at will and is there a mechanism controlling us. There would be know need for Critical Thinking if the above forementioned two examples were not true. Violence breeds vilolence in a controlled situation is my way of thinking. People are dying and Im not getting rich,, guess I must just be another number then. See you soon for a beer and a chat about how free we are in a free world or Never know you and see the Empathy in your eye's because we have to critically think ! I am not her for sociable reasons, Im here because I think and believe there will be critical answers. Critical Believers, check recent posts. Sociable, Peace and Love until I see you the day after tomorrow for a game of George Carlin Monopoly

It is the lone nut shooter that always gets me. Why they would do it and could they have done it? I don't know if Adam could average a fire rate of one bullet a second. I know this has to be a typo even though it is 'Proven'; Death Certificate has been verified.

Well that explains why the trees were already there. The anonymous benefactor would explain why the trees were placed so quick. I had a look at the list of recovered Firearms, ammo and related items that were found at the Lanza home. It was not just the amount but the types of ammo found that is scary. I am under the impression that most, if not all, of this weapons stash belonged to Adam's Mum. For a Woman she seems to have a great interest in guns and swords. no she didnt have a great interest in them, her son did .... it seems she would do about anything to appease her sons wishes and she was in denial of his mental short -commings i doubt she knew in advance what he was planning but she did facilitate him . knowingly or unknowingly .. it doesn t really matter now . as for fire rates of the weapons and ammo .... I'm not 100% sure but i am under the impression from what i have read that this was all close range shooting . its not very hard to hit a body mass at close range and if you have semi- auto weapons you can definatley fire at 1 shot per second probably faster with a little practice not to be morbid but its simply the mechanics of shooting. i used to have an old crappy marlin .22 that i bought at kmart for 75 bucks and i can tell you it had an 18 shot magazine and i could cycle it in a bout 3 seconds so .......

Freedom of the press in the United States
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
Freedom of the press in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. This clause is generally understood as prohibiting the government from interfering with the printing and distribution of information or opinions, although freedom of the press, like freedom of speech, is subject to some restrictions, such as defamation law and copyright law. In Lovell v. City of Griffin, Chief Justice Hughes defined the press as, "every sort of publication which affords a vehicle of information and opinion."[1] The First Amendment's Freedom of the Press Clause has been extended to media including newspapers, books, plays, movies, and video games.[2] While the question remains whether bloggers or people posting on social media like Facebook and Twitter are covered by the Free Press Clause, they are covered by the Free Speech Clause.[3] As famously said by journalist A. J. Liebling, "Freedom of the press is guaranteed only to those who own one."[4] The individuals, businesses, and organizations that own a means of publication are able to publish information and opinions without government interference, and cannot be compelled by the government to publish information and opinions that they disagree with. For example, the owner of a printing press cannot be required to print advertisements for a political opponent, even if the printer normally accepts commercial printing jobs. In 1931, the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Near v. Minnesota used the 14th Amendment to apply the freedom of the press to the States. Other notable cases regarding free press are: New York Times Co. v. United States (1971): The Supreme Court upheld the publication of the Pentagon Papers. New York Times Co. v. Sullivan (1964): The Supreme Court held that when a publication involves a public figure, in order to support a suit for libel, the plaintiff bears the burden of proving that the publisher acted with "actual malice," meaning that the publisher knew of the falsity of the statement or acted with reckless disregard as to the truth of the statement. Ranking of United States press freedom[edit] As of 2013, the United States is ranked 32nd in the Reporters Without Borders Press Freedom Index.[5] This is a measure of freedom available to the press, encompassing areas such as government censorship, and not indicative of the quality of journalism. There was a fall from 20th in 2010 to 42nd in 2012, which was attributed to arrests of journalists covering the Occupy movement.[6] For 2012, Finland and Norway tied for 1st worldwide. Canada ranked 10th, Germany tied 17th with Jamaica, and Japan tied 22nd with Suriname. The UK ranked 28th, Australia 30th, and France 38th. Extraterritorial regions of the US ranked 57th.

I seriously never get your point? 50 years on and the truth is still hard to come by, JFK pointed out that there should be no secrecy when serving the people. Well some did not seem to agree. In a free country the people would rebel but not when they are so controlled, you only get a small percentage that bothers to feed themselves and the sheeple are quite happy being fed. The Bigger picture contains many pixels that started forming decades ago, I personally don't see it being in focus any time soon !
