Hi endof, you can make videos on You Tube private. Only people you send the link to can view the video.

OK Endof, go to 'Privacy Setting' in your You Tube Video Manager, there you will see the options, Public, Private and Unlisted. If you select Unlisted the video will not be visible to the public. You will have to send that link out to people you allow to view it.
